LED Luminaire to Emergency Light conversion kit, a versatile solution that transforms any conventional LED luminaire into an effective emergency light source in power outage situations.
It allows you to adapt all LED lights in your home or commercial establishment, giving them the crucial functionality of evacuation or backup lighting during unexpected power outages.
It incorporates a 14.8V lithium battery that gives it an autonomy of 3 hours, with a maximum power of 45W.
It guarantees 100% power output, i.e. if the powered luminaire is 18W, after using the conversion kit it will be 18W. It will maintain the same brightness as before and the same quality transformed into emergency lighting.
Where to install the conversion kit?
It should be considered that emergency lights are placed at least 2 meters above ground level. Their applications are varied, among them we can highlight:

Automatic periodic self-test system:
- Monthly self-test mode: the system enters emergency mode, monthly, for 2 minutes to check the mains supply circuit, luminaire and battery.
- Annual self-test mode: The system enters 60-minute emergency mode, annually, for battery testing and maintenance.
- Emergency mode: The system discharges and the luminaire automatically turns on. If no luminaire is connected to the conversion kit, the emergency mode will automatically shut down to avoid electric shock.
Button to test the emergency luminaire
- Pressing the button for:
- 1~3s: LED indicator flashes green at the frequency of 1HZ. The system enters manual testing mode and discharges for 5 seconds.
- 3~5s: LED indicator flashes green at the frequency of 2HZ. The system enters monthly self-test mode and discharges for 2 minutes.
- 5~7s: LED indicator flashes green at the frequency of 3HZ. The system enters annual self-test mode and discharges for 1 hour.
- more than 7s: The system stops discharging to recharge again.
Tricolor indicator instructions
- Red: Red indicator indicates charging.
- Green: Green indicator indicates fully charged. If the indicator flashes it would be the check and self-test process explained above.
- Yellow: The yellow indicator indicates a short circuit or too short an emergency time. The indicator flashes yellow at the frequency of 1 HZ to indicate a battery error. The indicator flashes yellow at the frequency of 3 HZ indicates an emergency luminaire error.
