I bought not long ago some downlight led 18W of 1440 lm, neutral white, with silver frame and I need to change some more in the same area, but it seems that now there are only with white frame. Are not left in stock some with silver frame? I also want to buy several G9 cylindrical LED bulbs 6W, neutral white, which were not available at the time, are they now? |

| R: Answer: | It could be either a failure of the led or the driver. If you have another one that works, you can test the driver to rule out the fault and see if there is a compatible driver. |

| R: Answer: | No electronics where there are dangerous voltages (220v) go inside a plastic box (driver) outside the downlight without access to metallic material in the downlight, the driver is CLASS 2, without the need for ground wire. |

| R: Answer: | In order to dim the 18W downlight, the driver must be replaced by a dimmable one, for a TRIAC dimming system, you can use the model ref. B4252. There are several models of TRIAC dimmer ref. B704 or models by radio frequency and push button as D1009AC-HP. |

| R: Answer: | They are IP20 grade for areas where there is no water contact as it has no protection. It can be placed in Zone 3 away from water and nearby areas. |
