COB LED Strip 24V DC - 12W/m - 8mm - IP20 - Roll of 5 meters - Cut every 4cm
This LED strip incorporates COB technology, which allows it to emit a continuous light, without visible points, especially recommended when a homogeneous illumination is desired, to work with reflective surfaces or to use transparent diffusers.
With a luminous intensity of 12W per meter, this strip provides exceptional brightness, superior to conventional LED strips.
The LED strip comes in a roll of 5 meters and allows cuts every 40mm, according to the indicated markings. It incorporates 3M self-adhesive backing to adhere to the desired surface.
Its slim 8mm design allows for easy installation in any corner of the home, office or store.

Questions
P: Question: | What is the warranty? |
---|
R: Answer: | According to the legal warranty at the time of purchase, currently 3 years. |

P: Question: |
Good morning, what is the estimated lifetime of the COB LED strip (L70)? Do you have more LED points per meter? |
---|
R: Answer: | The models are 320 led/m. We do not have specific data on the lifetime, since it depends on the installation site and the stability of the installation, etc... The data of hours of use and degradation, L70, L80 are under laboratory terms, but should be between these ranges. |

P: Question: |
Hello, I want to put a led strip as main lighting (there would be only this point of light) on the ceiling of a rectangular kitchen of 2x4 meters. My idea is to put 3 meters of led strip placed on the ceiling at a height of 2.25 meters from the floor. Could 3 meters of this 12W/m led strip illuminate the kitchen without any problem? I would not know if it is too much or too little. Being placed on the ceiling at a height of 2.25 meters, would the lower part closer to the floor lose much luminosity or there would be no problem? Thank you very much |
---|
R: Answer: | It may not be sufficient for a kitchen to use only one LED strip light as the main light. |

P: Question: |
I want to put led cob rgb strips in the living room would be about 25 meters in total. I would need to mount it and approx. how much it would cost me..a greeting..thank you. |
---|
R: Answer: | Currently the COB strip is only in white light, RGB model will be added soon. For 24v strips should not exceed 10mts linear. Repeaters must be used. |
---|
P: Question: | Hello, I have put 15 meters of COB strip (10W/meter) with 200W transformer, I notice the drop in light intensity in the last 5-7 meters? Is there a solution, divide in 2, thank you. |
---|
R: Answer: | The 24vdc LED strips should not go beyond 10mts linear, as the voltage drop starts to become appreciable. You can look at these 3 options:: - Place the power supply in the middle and mount 10mts for one side and 5mts for the other side - Place repeater + power supply between the 10mts and the remaining 5mts - Run a cable (large section) from the power supply to the end of the strip, to feed back from behind |
---|
P: Question: | Hi. What power supply would I need for about 3.5mt of this strip for a staircase? Thanks |
---|
R: Answer: | That model of LED strip is 12W per meter of strip, for 3.5mts you need a 24vdc source of more than 42W. For example Ref. LP-60-24 or any other with the same or higher characteristics. |
---|
P: Question: | I would need 6 m. How could I increase 1 m more? Could I buy it 6 m? |
---|
R: Answer: | The LED strips are sold in rolls of 5 mts. You may be interested in the 10mts roll to avoid intermediate cuts: re.f.B1559-10-270 |

P: Question: | I need a strip of about 60 cm to place as a tail light of a pedal vehicle, can it work with battery? Thanks for your help. |
---|
R: Answer: | Yes, if the battery is 12v, but keep in mind that its consumption will be about 7.2w. |
---|
P: Question: |
Good morning, I would like to know which battery (and which charger) I need to power 13 meters of this strip, and how long it would last. Thank you, best regards. |
---|
R: Answer: | The 24V strips are not recommended more than 10 linear meters, (voltage drops). And it is recommended to use power supplies connected to the mains, 13mts of led strip are 156W. |

P: Question: |
Good, Looking at this product, two questions: A) Is the color always the same, 2700K, 4000K, or 6000K? Or can it be dimmed to find a desired shade between 2700K and 4000K? B) To put in a recessed LED profile in a top cover for a bed headboard, what type of diffuser is recommended for this type of LED so that it is not directly seen and touched? Thank you, Marc |
---|
R: Answer: | There are three different models with three different color temperatures. Due to the construction of the COB strip, the points of the LEDs are almost indistinguishable, but an opal cover will increase the diffusion of the light and will prevent its manipulation. |
