LED Tube T8 120cm 18W with microwave sensor 6000K
18W 120cm LED Tube T8 with Microwave Proximity Sensor Cool White 6000K opal
The T8 LED Tube T8 with Microwave Proximity Sensor integrates presence and proximity sensor, by which, when an object or person approaches at a distance of approx. 6-10 meters, the microwave sensor detects it and operates the tube at maximum power. As soon as the radius of action of the LED tube is left, after 45 seconds, it lowers its luminosity to 30% of the total, offering a more than sufficient courtesy light with a minimum consumption.
The number of starts does not affect at all the life of the tube, 25,000 hours.
Ideal for parking lots, basements, schools, offices, bathrooms, and any other area that needs lighting for a long period of time.
Considerations to be taken into account with the microwave proximity sensor T8 LED tube light:
- Do not place any metal object in front of the sensor as it may alter its operation.
- Ensure a distance of at least 5 meters between tube and tube, as interference may occur between them.
REPLACES CONVENTIONAL 60 CM FLUORESCENT TUBES.
- AC input voltage 230V
- Constant operation in standby mode at 30% of its power.
- Microwave sensor range: 6-10 meters
- High power factor up to 0.98
- Wide opening angle (180º)
- Glare-free opal coverage
- Short-circuit and overheating protection
- Including starter bridge
INSTALLATION IN FERROMAGNETIC BALLASTS:
STEP 1: Turn off the light at the main switchboard and verify that no electric current is coming.
STEP 2: Remove the old tube and then the starter.
STEP 3: Put in the new LED starter bridge (included with each tube).
STEP 4: REMOVE THE CONDENSER (TO AVOID OVER TENSION)
STEP 5: Install the new LED tube.
INSTALLATION IN ELECTRONIC BALLASTS:
STEP 1: Turn off the light at the main electrical panel and verify that no electric current is coming.
STEP 2: Remove the old tube (in this case there is no starter, since it is incorporated inside the electronic ballast).
STEP 3: Disconnect the cables that enter the electronic ballast (no need to remove it, just disconnect it electrically).
STEP 4: Choose one of the 2 tube holders to connect its 2 wires directly to the mains.
STEP 5: We recommend marking the lamp holder where the connection has been made to facilitate the installation of the LED tube.
- IF THE INSTALLATION CONTAINS A CAPACITOR BANK, PLEASE CONSULT YOUR SPECIALIZED TECHNICIAN.

Questions
P: Question: | Good evening , I wanted to know if I remove the fluorescent I have now and put the sensor if you do nothing or you have to modify something? Thanks |
---|
R: Answer: | It is necessary to eliminate ballasts, starters, etc.. of previous installations with fluorescent tubes. The T8 tubes with LED technology are connected directly to the mains. |
---|
P: Question: | Are there microwave tubes with total shut-off? |
---|
R: Answer: | Our model of microwave tube at rest is at 20% brightness and when motion is detected it activates at 100% for a period of time after the last motion signal. |
---|
P: Question: |
I need it with 1 side connection, is this the right one? Greetings. |
---|
R: Answer: | The microwave led tube as the other T8 tubes we have, are with line and neutral connection only by the pins on one side marked as input / input L, N. In installations with voltages on both sides, check the connection to connect correctly. |

P: Question: | I bought 7 LED tubes with sensor of 120cm 6000K and I wanted them to be with connection on both sides and I received them with connection on one side. I bought them through manomano.es and I want to know if I can return them or exchange them for tubes with sensor with connection on both sides. Thank you. |
---|
R: Answer: | Yes you can return them but better through the Mano Mano platform. |
