LED Tube T8 150cm 24W with microwave sensor white 6000K opal glass
150cm 24W microwave proximity sensor LED tube T8 cool white 6000K opal glass
The T8 LED tube with microwave proximity sensor integrates presence and proximity sensor, by which, when an object or person approaches at a distance of approx. 6-10 meters, the microwave sensor detects it and operates the tube at maximum power. As soon as the LED tube leaves the radius of action, after 45 seconds, it lowers its luminosity to 30% of the total, offering a more than sufficient courtesy light with minimum consumption.
The number of starts does not affect the life of the tube, 25,000 hours.
Ideal for parking lots, basements, schools, offices, bathrooms, and any other area that needs lighting for a long period of time.
Considerations to take into account with the LED T8 tube with microwave proximity sensor:
- Do not place any metal object in front of the sensor as it may alter its operation.
- Ensure a distance of at least 5 meters between tube and tube, as interference may occur between them.
Replaces conventional 60 cm fluorescent tubes.
- AC input voltage 230V
- Constant operation in standby mode at 30% of its power.
- Microwave sensor range: 6-10 meters
- High power factor up to 0.98
- Wide opening angle (180º)
- Glare-free opal coverage
- Short-circuit and overheating protection
- Including starter bridge
Installation in ferromagnetic ballasts:
STEP 1: Turn off the light at the main switchboard and verify that no electric current is coming.
STEP 2: Remove the old tube and then the starter.
STEP 3: Put in the new LED starter bridge (included with each tube).
STEP 4 : Remove the capacitor (to avoid power surges).
STEP 5: Install the new LED tube.
Installation in electronic ballasts:
STEP 1: Turn off the light at the main electrical panel and verify that no electric current is coming.
STEP 2: Remove the old tube (in this case there is no starter, since it is incorporated inside the electronic ballast).
STEP 3: Disconnect the cables that enter the electronic ballast (no need to remove it, just disconnect it electrically).
STEP 4: Choose one of the 2 tube holders to connect its 2 wires directly to the mains.
STEP 5: We recommend marking the lamp holder where the connection has been made to facilitate the installation of the LED tube.
- If the installation contains a capacitor bank, consult your specialized technician.

Questions
P: Question: |
The power supply is from one end only or from both ends at the same time. (Na normative requires that it is only by one end). |
---|
R: Answer: | The T8 LED tube is connected on the marked side. |

P: Question: |
Hello What is the consumption of the led tube when it does not detect presence? Is there any way to leave the tubes off when there is no presence, or a very minimal consumption? Thanks Daniel |
---|
R: Answer: | Hello, These LED T8 tubes have a consumption of 7.2W and its use is for very dark places where you need to access easily and always have light on. The sensor cannot be disabled but you can install a switch to turn off the led tube. |
