Can it be installed in the ceiling as general lighting in a living room? Could it be a two-line installation, 2.5 ml, attached to the ceiling?

Hi Carmen, Yes, it can be installed without problems as general lighting in a living room. For an installation of two 2.5 ml lines attached to the ceiling, we recommend leaving a small space between the ceiling and the strip so that the light bounces, generating a larger cone of illumination and a more uniform distribution.

Is the intensity fixed or can it be regulated in any way? It would be to mount as ambient light in a room and I would like to be able to adjust it to taste. Thank you.

In the kit a 24v led strip is installed, you will need a 24vdc alignment source with enough power for the meters installed and if you want to regulate you will need a controller for strips.

If I cut the strip at 2.5 meters then the total power would be 45W?

The strips are about 18W per meter, 2.5mts would be 45W (50W source or higher).

Kitchens should have better lighting than other places since it is an area of activity. It can be used as general lighting, but there should be support lighting in places of increased activity. "as a cutting area or fires"
