It allows to place MR16 threaded bulbs with MR16 base in E27 threaded sockets.
*IMPORTANT: Take into account the input voltage, which for E27 threaded bulbs is usually 220V. On the contrary, bulbs with MR16 base always work at 12V.
Only use when the voltage is 12V, otherwise there is a high electrical risk.
