PWM wireless dimmer with adjustable frequency and dimming curve 12/24V 30A
Wireless and manual PWM dimmer with adjustable frequency and dimming curve.
For single-color 12/24V LED strips, max. 30A
Dimmer for single-color 12/24V LED strips and luminaires, with the possibility of varying the frequency and dimming curve. According to the frequency option selected (from 300Hz to 10KHz), a higher or lower load can be connected, being 30A the maximum load with the lowest frequency, and 10A the maximum load with the maximum frequency.
Benefits of correct frequency setting
The human eye cannot perceive flicker beyond 100 hertz, but electronic devices such as photo, video or mobile cameras usually record between 25 and 60 frames per second. Because of this, sometimes, when focusing on a point of light with the camera, we observe an annoying flicker. Adjusting the frequency and dimming curve reduces this effect as much as possible and, in addition to reducing flicker, provides a much more homogeneous and visually pleasing dimming transition.

Instructions for use of the adjustable frequency wireless PWM controller
- Select the PWM frequency by adjusting the three pins on the left, marked 1-2-3.
- Select the regulation curve by adjusting the two pins on the right, labeled 4-5
- Connect the input and output load wires according to the V+/V- instructions, from the power supply and output to the LED strip.
- Connect the circuit to the power supply, and you can operate directly. Dimming is push-button operated, both via the dimmer button and the remote control. The device allows up to 10 different brightness levels.
- To switch on and off, simply press the button on the controller for 3 seconds or the POWER button on the remote control.
Technical issues to keep in mind
When the PWM frequency is at a minimum of 300Hz and the maximum connected load is 30A, the temperature of the controller does not normally exceed 55ºC. However, you should be aware that at high frequencies between 500Hz and 1000Hz, it is possible for the controller to reach temperatures up to 65ºC.
Note that the higher the PWM frequency, the output current will be reduced proportionally, according to the following table:
PWM freq. = 300Hz --> Max. 30A
PWM freq. = 3KHz --> Max. 20A
PWM freq. = 5KHz --> Max. 15A
PWM freq. = 10KHz --> Max. 10A
