Questions

P: Question: Hello good I am not able to synchronize the controller with the remote control I have tried as the instructions tell me I think but I do not know if I'm doing well I blink red Power signal is the only thing that makes me I can do????
R: Answer: The controller should already come synchronized in its box. To synchronize you have to connect everything and continuously press the Match button on the controller at the same time as the power button on the controller.
P: Question: The remote control has stopped working even if I change the batteries, what should I do to make it work.
R: Answer: Try syncing by pressing MATCH on the controller and the power button on the controller, if it does not work contact comercial@barcelonaled.com for guarantees.
P: Question: I have changed the rf controller of the led strips and the lights turn on by themselves and that I removed the batteries from the remote control. What can I do to solve the problem, with the old controller I did not do it and the new one is identical to the previous one.
R: Answer: Some signal may be interfering with the controller or the controller may be defective (lights alone cannot be turned on) make sure that the push buttons behind the controller are not being pressed.
P: Question: The key 3 on the remote control does not work, I press it and it does nothing, what should I do?
R: Answer: The remote is already synchronized with the controller. Key 3 on the controller (MATCH) is only for synchronizing the controller.
To synchronize: Turn on the controller's power supply with the MATCH key pressed all the way down and press the controller's power button continuously.
Key 3 on the controller is only for switching to white light (RGB sum) or Color.
P: Question: Does it have a timer? Because the strips turn on by themselves after a few hours, how can I solve it?
R: Answer: No, this controller does not have a timer. If it turns on or changes color it must just be receiving some RF signal that triggers it. Try removing the batteries from the controller and it still happens, there must be some interference that triggers it.
P: Question: In the same room I wanted to place (on two different walls) RGB LEDs + two controllers + two remotes.
A remote control can act on the two controllers? I did not want ....llevan series different frequency?
If not, is there any way to be able to address each controller with its receiver independently?
Thank you!
R: Answer: Yes, you can synchronize one remote for two controllers, but not two remotes for one controller. To link by zones and give more configuration options you need a more advanced controller such as SR-1009FA + SR-2819S or SR-2820-DC.
P: Question: I have three led spotlights in the pool. The controller provided is the same model (or at least looks the same) as the one in this pack. Does this mean that by adding your "controller" the three lights could be synchronized and controlled with the same controller?
Waiting for your reply, I send you my best regards.
Yours faithfully Gildo
R: Answer: Just because it looks the same does not mean it is compatible. It must be the controller of the specific product.
P: Question: Can 3 LED strips of 2 meters each, 4 meters apart, be connected to this controller?
R: Answer: I think you will have no problem if it is a 24v RGB strip.
P: Question: I have 2 pool lights to 12 v 54 W and (18 led 3 w) with two wires, with remote control and when connected all light up, then acting with the control I can leave it in the color you want, but I intend that when the programmer connects them light up only in one color, have any solution for it, thank you.
R: Answer: We have nothing for that purpose. Some pool lights do not keep the color when the power supply is turned off. Because apart from being able to control them with the remote control they also change color by pulsing (turning on and off the input voltage).

*This model B1605N controller is not for PAR56 pool use.
P: Question: This controller would be valid to regulate the driver that feeds a normal LED strip without being RGB? Thank you.
R: Answer: This controller is for RGB strips. The single color strip must be connected to a 12vdc or 24vdc source depending on the strip model. To regulate the strip, a single-color controller must be connected between the source and the LED strip, for example ref. B1628 or D2501NS + controller.
